Before my bipolar 2 diagnosis, I knew something was off. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. I was afraid to find out what was going on because at times, I felt magical. I was on top of the world. I never slept. The more I didn’t sleep, the more energy I had. I would think “I have to crash sometime…” and wait and wait. I didn’t want those feelings to stop.
